These are plastic and fiberglass laminate trim and drill fixtures manufactured to trim the detail sheet metal parts that make up a door frame on the Boeing C-17 Transport.

These manufacturing operations complete the formed parts by trimming away the excess material and incorporating holes into the parts to exact engineering requirements using many different types of trim and drill tools and fixtures. Afterwards all sharp edges are made smooth and any surface imperfections are removed from the metal prior to application of the finish or paint process.
